Meet the Asheville Area Real Estate Agents of Sunrise Properties
Georgia Gantt – A North Carolina native who has claimed Asheville as home for the majority of her life. She has watched Western North Carolina grow and change over the years, really knows Asheville and the surrounding areas inside and out, and has built a solid network of business & social connections, all of which she loves to put to work for her home buyers and home sellers.
Teri Deitz – Great information about Teri is coming soon!
Liz Jones – Liz has called Asheville home since 1998. Born and raised in Spain, she also lived in London and Florida before moving to “The Land of Sky”. After a vacation here with family, it was obvious that this was where they were meant to plant their roots. Liz considers herself an advocate for her clients, and strives to ensure they are always on the path to a successful outcome, whether selling their property or finding their perfect new home.
Tim Malone – Born in Honolulu to a Navy family that survived the bombing at Pearl Harbor, Tim lived in California, Maryland, and Florida before attending the U. of Southern Mississippi. Relocating to Asheville in 1989 to do land surveying, Tim has invested in and managed income producing real estate for 20 years, and was a contractor and hands on builder for new homes. A high standard of care and ethics is business as usual.
Elliott Nailen – Landing in Asheville in 1994, he and his wife Michelle had no idea that Western NC would have such a profound impact. After 7 cities in 7 years, they were captivated by the beauty, charm, eccentricity and acceptance of WNC and her people. Elliott’s analytical, communication and problem solving skills, plus knowledge of the housing industry and the Asheville area put him in a unique position to represent your interests.
Shaun Nicolaides – Hails from Beech Island, SC from a long line of slightly off-kilter Southern poets, teachers, tradesmen, bluebloods, businessmen, politicians, builders and destroyers. He tries to cull this collective unconscious cacophony into something interesting and unexpected, yet reliable and familiar…under one roof. He would like to think he brings to the real estate business a bit of humor and a dash of Lowcountry style.
